2013- WHO's Save Lives: Clean Your Hands campaign
Welcome to Scotland's dedicated National Hand Hygiene Campaign
website.
Scotland's National Hand Hygiene Campaign was launched in
January 2007 and delivered by Health Protection Scotland on
behalf of the Scottish Government Health Directorate. The main aim
of the Campaign was to improve hand hygiene and reduce avoidable
illness.
From April 2011 the work of the campaign has been transferred
from a dedicated project team into the Health Protection Scotland
Infection Control Team.
All materials produced by the National Hand Hygiene Campaign can
be viewed in the resources section of the website. These will
continue to be available in the coming months, and subject to
annual review thereafter.
